My Trip so far

I'm currently in the Tokyo Narita Airport, waiting for the boarding of my flight to Beijing. Man that was a long flight but I saw so many cool sights. We went over Canada, The North Pole, Russia, North and South Korea, and finally Japan. On our trip, the sun never set, we were chasing the sun and it didn't get dark until 5:00ish here. Although it's 4:40 in the morning in the USA, its 6:40 at night here at the time of this post. Surprisingly, the jet lag hasn't gotten to me yet and I'm feeling tired at the right times, but that could just be my lack of sleep the past two days, 3 hours for 2 days works great, haha.
The exchange rates are great here, but prices are still fairly similar to our own. It's 78 yen for every U.S. Dollar here, but its many thousands of yen for anything in the gift shop.
My last American dinner in NYC was.... Chinese food, lol. Gotta love the irony.
I will post something when we get to our hotel in Beijing, and I'll be sure to post some pictures.

  1. Trey,

We have a snow day today (Friday, 2/25). Now I will follow your blog as a routine. Will send you pictures to show how we get around town with the models students created in room 29.

  2. P.S. Japanese money is SUPER easy (not that it matters anymore) Its like they take the period out of their prices.
ex: 1.00$ is about 100 yen.
